Effective. Items were delivered timely and in perfect shape. It was pretty easy to build with just a screwdriver and the included allen key. I wish I had a cordless drill which would have sped up the process as it took me about 2 hours by myself. The price was right. I am really enjoying the new look in my room this bed creates makes it look very classy. Very satisfied customer.
