Great piece of furniture - Fantastic customer service!!!
Package is very heavy but very well packed. The assembly instructions are very clear and all of the pieces were included - as well as a package of extra parts just in case. Once assembled the cabinet was very sturdy! The wire rack that holds the wine glasses was broken - a spot that had been welded had come unwelded. I emailed their customer service and received a reply within minutes! The assured me they would replace the part and I would have it in a few days. I also wanted to order a couple more of the wine bottle racks and they offered to send those for free as well. The replacement parts arrived via Fedex within a few days. I cannot say enough about their customer service!! I give this cabinet 5 stars all around - it looks great in my family room! I highly recommend this product and !
