Perfect. This trundle was perfect to slide under my sons bed and it was very easy to put together. We also bought a bunkie board to support the 6 inch foam mattress that was bought separately and it was just the right height. I just wish the trundle had some short support rails to keep the mattress from sliding off the trundle.
