Excuse my messy room in the pictures!! Very sturdy bed, I have had it for about a month now. I weigh 280 pounds and I have 3 big boys that weigh between 130 to 340 pounds and with me sitting on the bed and they take turns sitting, or jumping up onto it and even laying on it, not once has it squeaked or acted like it was going to break. I was concerned with it being metal that it would be noisy and squeaky but its very quiet and very very sturdy. The only thing that I can honestly complain about that isnt even a complaint is that if you have hardwood floors like I do that it does slide easy on the floor and also the side that you constantly get on and off the bed the mattress will slide that way so every now and again I have to push the mattress back towards the other way to get it back even on the bed. I pretty much put the whole bed together by myself ( I am a 47 year young women lol) but there will be some areas that one person cant put together and you will need help, thankfully one of my sons helped during these times. So far I am very pleased with this bed!! Oh, I have a nectar mattress and no box spring, you do not need a box spring and it is very high with my thick mattress, I was concerned that my 1 year old puppy wouldnt be able to jump up on it but he surprised me. I love it!!
UPDATE: Its been almost 5 months now and still no complaints at all!! Theres no noise from the metal still so thats awesome!
