UPDATE: Costumer service reached out to me and offered to send me a gas cylinder for the chair, which completely solved me problem! Chair is perfect now and my wife (52) and I (57) both use it with no problems!
The chair was easy to put together and for the first month or so it was also relatively comfortable. Unfortunately, about 6 weeks in, the part of the chair thats meant to hold it up when you raise the seat level just stopped working and now I have a chair thats so low its impossible to work in and Im barely 57 so thats saying something.
