The bed came in a huge and heavy package. Its so huge and heavy that it would be hard to be sent to UPS offices for return unless you own a pickup. Luckily we have no need to do such a step. Its not hard of assembling. It just took a long time. We used one and half persons and spent about four hours totally including unpacking. The instructions like a book but quiet clear. The accuracy of the partsre not perfect but defenetely acceptable. The final results nice and sturdy. If youve tried furnitures before, this bed would not be a problem. Again, its not hard assembling, just taking time. And the prices so unbeatable.
