The process is not complex when you read and study the details in the illustrations . Dont think you think you know where the piece is placed. I used a hex screwdriver instead of the allen wrench.I recommend a full inventory and inspection of each part BEFORE you start.I gave four stars because altho the bed is a good solid construction, it does squeak when getting in/out of it.I have a call into CS and they are very good at returning your calls.Overall, Im happy with this purchase.
