We recently purchased - by my mistake- the twin over twin bunk beds. I meant to order the twin over full bunk beds. When I realized my mistake, I contacted the company and they immediately explained what I needed to do and forwarded me the necessary parts to convert the twin over twin to a twin over full. I dealt with a gentleman named Greg and he could not have been more helpful. I had a great experience with this company and the employees with whom I spoke. I would highly recommend them and their product.
