This chair is fine, but its quite obvious the company repackaged a return that had been assembled and used. The arms and fabric have splatters and spots and the threads within the screw holes seemed like someone had forcefully mid-threaded screws. At the end of the day, this chair is cheap, fixable with a magic eraser, and Im glad theyre not just throwing returns in a landfill, but the lack of care was obvious.
