The reason why I am giving it 4 stars, the box came damaged and parts fell out the mailman put the items in a bag for me, and pieces of the wood got damaged (not too much but at this point, I need a bed frame and not wanting to do the return process.) The instructions are not detailed but I figured it out not difficult. I like that the mattress does not slip. Overall nice frame definitely sturdy and natural.
