The item arrived very fast and all of the pieces were included. Be prepared, it takes a couple of hours to assemble but we knew that and assumed it would actually take much longer. You will need to follow the instructions step by step as each pole and piece look a lot alike. Our two kids helped us because they were so excited! Our kids are 9 and 6 years old. As we assembled, we noticed the blue protective cover has some tears due to something that appeared to be damage to the box that it was delivered in. We contacted the company and within a day, they had a new cover sent out to us! We also bought some anchors to keep it grounded during rough weather and wind. So far its been a great activity for our kids and all of their neighborhood friends. We got the 14ft and it fits nicely in a corner of our yard. It comes with a little removable step ladder which is very convenient for the smaller kids. It also has a zipper for extra safety when the littlest kids are in there so they dont accidentally fall out. There is a basketball net attached which my kids love. They use different sized balls to throw up there and its an added bonus to the trampoline. The blue protective cover covers the springs that could cause feet and hands to get caught and pinched so that is very helpful and I know they are safe with that on there!
