I was able to build this pretty much by myself. I had someone to help me hold the pieces but that was pretty much it. Its a little low to the floor so it doesnt have much room for storage underneath but I was able to fit a few storage bins under there. This frame is aming about noise. No squeaking, nothing. Im really happy with my purchase. its very nice and I love the color. Worth it
