Far as value, quality and look/feel for what youre paying and getting solid 3.5/4 stars. See almost identical looking sofas at waay higher end stores priced double or close to it. Reason not a 5 is ended up a bit smaller overall esp the back panel. Not at an issuejust wish it overall a bit larger, Granted, Im a 6ft 185 lb male but I was still able to lay on it w/ legs up and comfortable!
DEF need 2 people imo (esp. if youre not that handy like myself). When it comes to sliding the pieces into place that extra person very helpful! I have shaky butter fingers and impatient ah lol. Struggled at x w/ this (needed a few breaks to catch my breath and recharge between attempts). Finally, on the 4th or 5th attempt was able to navigate everything in the exact correct way then slipped the pieces in securely.
But highly recommended if you have a friend, spouse or whoever around to at least have them assist (would take at least HALF the time)! Sofa isnt heavy or super bulky but having another person simply hold up the other end of couch as you glide the pieces in makes a LOT a difference imo and would save time!
As most reviewers said, bottom cushions are pretty firm but not uncomfortable or rough. I prefer firm/ medium softness (not super firm but not plush/mushy) Over time, as it gets used more/more and broken in could see this becoming a medium level of softness which would be perfect.
Look is very similar to what youd see at Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel and maybe etcThe quality, prob. not as good but def in the ballpark. Almost could be a knock off unbranded version of something youd see from those (or even higher end furniture stores).
Bottom linethis is perfect for a studio or smaller to medium sized (under 1000 feet) 1/1 (esp. for a single person or a couple). For a guest sleeping over or having a few people over, more than fine (esp. after getting pillows and a throw over cover etc) Dunno if this is suitable for a family (especially one with pets).
Very much what you see in pics is what you get.
