Very sturdy. Great bunk bed! We ordered the navy blue frame. I gave all 5 stars except putting it together. I had a bit of trouble putting the bars on for some reason, however I finally got it all put together. I saw several reviews that said you need 2 people to put together. I actually put it together by myself while hubby was at work. It did take me about 4/5 hours because I had to find ways to prop up the other side for support. In saying that it was very easy instructions and easy to put together, everything was labeled. Overall Im very happy with this bed and my kids love it! We can even sleep on the bottom bunk if we need too.
