Bought this for my son and it works really well as a couch in his space. Looks great. Not bad to sit on but there is a bar that you can feel so not sure yet how it will be to sleep on. Probably want a mattress topper or other similar padded Mattress protector when you need to use as a bed to mask the feel of bar. Luckily this is only serving as a couch for him.
