Great product, great service Had a little tear on arrival on one of the arms but consider the condition the box came in, Id say that was from UPS rather than the seller. It was 3 days late for some mysterious weather delays. Must of been a tornado since the box was ripped enough I could see the couch inside.
The couch itself is perfect for what I need. I love the color and the velvety-ness of it. Its comfy to sit on. Im not about laying on. I dont reallly need it for that though. Looks good in my office. Easy enough to put together. Some of the screws came out of the bag and were hard to find. Well blame that on UPS too. Overall satisfied so far. Ill update if anything changes.
