We scheduled the shipping through the website. I took that day off work to help receive the couch. I dont think the logistics company used (CEVA) even cares about that initial date. A few days before the scheduled delivery date, states that delivery was attempted. I know for a fact it wasnt. Then we start getting calls from CEVA trying to reschedule for a later date. They never planned on delivering on the date we first specified. We had no choice but to reschedule which meant taking another day off work. When the truck finally showed up, they were missing one of the items and try to schedule that for another day. I wasnt happy at all with the shipping situation. The truck drivers were very nice people and felt a bit bad for them.
The couch so far is great. Assembly is very easy. Just attach legs that are stored in a zipper pouch built into the couch (which I thought was nice) with the included allen key. The couch sits high which is great for someone over 6ft. The cushions are firm which I prefer. They are secured to the couch using velcro (hook and loop). So I am not sure if its possible to flip the cushions. Overall I like the couch but be careful about shipping.
