After I finally got the couch together, its very comfortable and nice, but problems beforehand. The holes were drilled off the mark, one of them by almost an inch. I asked their customer service if they could replace one part, and showed them pictures. They kept asking me to show them more pictures, so I gave them pics of several angles. Then they wanted me to circle and mark the places where the problem is (smh). It was pretty obvious, but it seemed like they were playing dumb. Finally they told me, to get another person, to hold it, while I had to force the screws from an angle and make it work. Hard to explain here, but I eventually made it work, but it wasnt easy. Also there was a little cover tarp thing that showed it the assembly pic, that I never got. I told them, and again they played dumb, and I didnt want to go through the ordeal again, so I just accepted what I got. So if you dont have bad luck, and the couch is properly made, its a 5 star couch for the money, otherwise
