Easy to fix. We are in LOVE with this bed! We have a 6yr old and a 1.5yr old. This low bunk allows us to save room in their small bedroom while having peace of mind that our littlest one wont fall out of a higher bed. They LOVE it. It was very easy to assemble, only one hiccup when following the instructions. We would definitely recommend putting on the top side rail BEFORE drilling the bed slats in. The instructions tell you to do it the other way, but then you run into the issue of having to undo the bed slats so the side rail doesnt hit a bed slat. Its beautiful and came neatly packaged and organized by type so we could quickly ensure we had all pieces. You can tell this is real wood and it will hold up.
