Overall, the product is great! We are using it for college students and the extra length is awesome. I deducted one star because we thought it may be easier to assemble than what it took. My husband is pretty handy and it took approx. 2 hours to complete everything. Directions were typical, nothing outstanding to follow. Assemble.
