Really great loft bed! The package came damaged and the table corner edge was scratched up a bit, and the front rail was not even, so it didnt score in completely. But overall, the bed is terrific. Very solid, heavy and stable. The ladder hurts the feet so will wrap it up to make it more comfy for my ten year old son. Lots of room beneath, put two chairs on the desk so he can have a friend play video games or be on the computer with him. The seller is amazing and kept in communication. The delivery company was a bit difficult to connect with but once I did delivery was on time. The manufacturer website, er, shows this bed can hold up to 400 lbs. My son will definitely grow into his teen years with this. We put in a memory foam bed 8.
