Im a young adult and my room is small but tall. At first I was going to buy a professional ledge with spiral stair case so I could throw my bed up there and increase floor space. This thing is heavy duty. It says it can hold 500 pounds, Im sure it can hold more. What I would add for any one in my situation is stairs.
