Very sturdy. I looked forever to find a full size loft bed that wasnt a million dollars. This bed has been perfect for my daughter. Easy to assemble, came with extra parts, easy directions, and well packaged. I assembled it alone in about 2 hours. The desk is sturdy and the bed doesnt wobble or squeak. The only problem my daughter had was the ladder hurt her feet because they are square. We just cut a pool noodle and wrapped them up and its perfect. I recommend this bed 100. Value and quality are perfect. Now she has a ton of space in her room to play and hang out. A 9 cube organizer fits perfect underneath as well.
