The bed arrived promptly after ordered . All the parts needed were inside the headboard. The instructions were very clear and they included the tools necessary for installation. Installation took around 30 to 45 minutes. The bed feels sturdy and durable. It is a very beautiful bed frame. I liked that the boards where the mattress goes had velcro to keep them in place. that perfect for us
