We bought a 14 super comfortable foam mattress and stuck it on our old box spring. Every turnover in bed was noisy and wiggly for the other person. I couldnt decide which bed frame I wanted so we went cheap and got this one to hold us over. We love this bed frame! Its sturdy and quiet and the headboard looks good. I dont feel the need to keep looking at other bed frames. We are happy customers! suitable for us
