I read alot of bad complaints about this product and I have nothing bad to say really. None of the pieces were damaged or scratched. It did take a while to assemble, which I expected. If you assemble by yourself it could easily take 5/6 hours or 3/4 hours with a partner. Everything aligned well. If it came out crooked for others, its probably because they didnt take care to align railings/pieces properly. I questioned its sturdiness during assembly, but once complete Id say its a pretty sturdy structure. Its also very roomy. I like it alot. It was perfect!
