I ordered two units to store non/seasonal clothing. When they arrived, I noticed a large footprint on the outside of the box. After unpacking, I could see both cabinets had damage to the large door. I was frustrated naturally and had read reviews about how horrible getting a fix was. It was really easy! The team in Ohio got me replacement doors at no cost to me and they arrived less then a week after I explained the damage and sent pictures. The cabinets look aming and I would not pay any attention to people complaining about having to send back the whole unit. If you follow the instructions and call the right people when needed, it will be just fine. I think the complaints on this product stem from ly crybabies mostly. Love it.
