Assembly was the only con. Mainly because instructions didnt say which way to orient the pieces so after it was completely assembled, I had one piece wrong. I wasnt about to disassemble it, so I just stained the bare edge that was visible. I was able to assemble by myself, but would have been easier with 2. But its gorgeous and sturdy. Great purchase!! I absolutely LOVE it! Kids love it easy to put together.
