Update: The day after submitting this review, the winder stopped functioning. Ive tried calling the number provided in the warranty card, which is fruitless unless you know the name or ext of the person you are trying to contact. I then went with the internet approach, which was responded to quickly. Ive now followed through with their request and provided video evidence of the problem and copy of the receipt, and await their response.
The brand was recommended by the shop that just serviced my watch, and after receiving it understand why. Well packaged and well made. Easy to use and, most importantly, QUIET! Only downside (if there is one); It does does chew through DD batteries. I was curious to test it, and a fresh set of batteries only ran it for 4 days. Quality product that I expect to last for years. Amazing product.
