The directions sure had my husband saying quite a few colorful phrases, but once he had it all figured out the finished product looked awesome. Its not hard wood, but it is perfect for our needs. We have two small children who arent exactly careful with our furniture so cheap pretty is they way to go for our family. We bought three baskets to store shoes and they look wonderful! Would definitely order again.
A corner of the back board was slightly bent/broken from shipping, but its not noticeable once assembled so its really a non/issue for us. Well made. It was just what I wanted.
