I was pleased with how well the bench was packed for shipping. Received without a scratch! Quite simple to assemble. Very suitable for the use we attended it for. However, was disappointed that no baskets came with it, as I assumed they did since all the pictures showed baskets with it. Was still a good purchase. Very nice product!
