We bought this Trampoline for our kids 3 and a half years ago. The kids have loved it and it has held up well in the Michigan weather. We had a minor issue with one of the supports after 3 years of use. I contacted their customer service to see if I could buy a replacement part. They sent me the replacement part free of charge. Great customer service. Quality workmanship!
