The trampoline has been with us for 5 years and has been enjoyed by our 6 kids and their friends over the years but especially by my autistic son. Even at 22 he still loves it. Its weathered the worst of climates here in Colorado. But the most amazing surprise was the customer service when we needed a new pole. They shipped it free of charge and were very accommodating.
