The bed was easy to assemble and directions were very clear. However, there were multiple cracks and scratches in the wood. Packaging was in tact.
We ordered in October but just opened and my daughter needs the bed, so I cant return. It is very disappointing that a new product that was not cheap is so damaged. compare to the price
