Bed didnt take me too long to assemble. I assembled it alone and only took a few hours. Very sturdy and easy to put together. I used a 6 inch memory foam mattress on the top and it works for my 6 year old daughter. The trundle is perfect for her cousins to spend the night. Would definitely recommend the trundle bed. This is awesome!
