Easy to assemble, but not to hang with the hard ware that came with it, they are way to small, had to Screw it into the studs of the wall with larger screws, have to have it in the wall studs, I got the 71 inch it is heavy, once I did that is was great, plug in is not a Search protector, just a out let, didnt use it put surge protector in its place
