I bought this futon for my kids playroom and it is perfect! Easy to assemble and comfortable in all positions. I was an idiot and didnt find the zipper pocket with accessories in it and Customer Service was prompt and extremely helpful with all communications. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their product. I would absolutely purchase from them again.
