We use the futon in an office that also serves as a guest bedroom. It looks great, and functions well in both capacities. Our only caution is that a couple of the drawings/instructions are not as easy to follow as others. Also, it took two of us to lift the various pieces and put it all together - definitely not a 1-person job.
