The bench arrived with a few small upholstery rips at the corners. I contacted the company and they quickly offered money off, but I really wanted the bench. They ended up replacing the entire bench at no charge, second bench was perfect! Fast replies to my inquiries and replacement arrived quickly. The cushions are black as stated, although one reviewer called them dark brown. This is not a high end set, but is a decent quality set for the price.
