Excellent customer service - manufacturing quality needs minor improvement
Initially I had an issue with some of the drawers not fitting in all the way. One or more of them were not flush with the face of the table. Stephanie from customer service contacted me, and offered a very nice size partial refund which I was very pleased to receive. I think this company is just a distributor of furniture and probably does not have any control of the manufacturing process. Thats ok. Other than the drawers sticking out 1/4, everything else was great. The color, the assembly process, etc. Thank you, Stephanie for working this out with me.
