I loved the coffee table ottoman when I first received it. It was easy to assemble, great color, perfect size, exactly what I was looking for at the right price. Ive had it for about a few months in my living room with very light use. There is already a seam that is splitting and one of the buttons has gone all the way through. Im so disappointed. Its exactly what I wanted and already looks rough. Im not sure what to do with it. In the close up pictures, you can see the odd button hole and the seam.
Update: I contacted the manufacturer, Ashley Furniture, and they sent me a replacement, free of charge. Excellent customer service - Id buy from Ashley Furniture again.
