Excellent product! I searched for months for a platform bed and had a severe case of analysis paralysis. I finally decided to give this bed a try. It looked good and seemed an easy build for my husband who is tired of putting things together. lol. The package arrived sooner than expected which was great! We didnt have our new mattress yet so we put the box aside. We didnt realize there were supposed to be 2 boxes until we got ready to assemble a couple weeks later. We were missing a box and a piece in the box we did receive was damaged. (Apparently enroute the 2nd box was so badly damaged it was returned to sender by the shipper. The box we received was damaged but they taped it up.) I contacted customer service on a Sunday late evening via email. I got a reply early Monday morning. After explaining and providing some pictures, I was told they would send replacements asap. On Thursday afternoon FedEx was dropping off the new bed! We were stunned. They didnt just replace the damaged piece / they sent an entire new set. You cant ask for more than that! Setup was a breeze and it is very sturdy. We plan to buy another one for our son. Excellent, excellent!
