We purchased this so our son could have more floor space in his room. For the most part, it was very simple to assemble with another person. It took a couple of hours and was very little stress. Once it was together and in place, we couldnt be happier. Our son now has so much more room to play, a study area as part of the bed, and its pretty sturdy. A great value for the price! Easy to assemble just takes a while
