Customer service was very responsive in resolving my concerns and offered a reasonable resolution to our table. For that reason I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3.

Dont understand the positive reviews at all. We are certainly not strangers to assembling furniture First off, very few of the screw holes line up even when hand threading them in, we had to involve pliers to try and turn the striped out screws. Screws are cheap. Sure, weve all put something together and you get that one two that wont thread, THIS WAS OVER 90 of them. We left all screws lose, then attempted to tighten. But the problem didnt come in there it came in right from the start when you try to hand thread the screws and you could feel that they wouldnt line up, we were lucky to get 2 turns on some of them. This set is way to much money to have to deal with more than a couple screws that wont tighten much less 90 of them. A lot stripped out and we cant take them apart now. Some stick out pretty far and some almost made it. Not sure how to return at his long but Im going to try. Its ok but smaller than expected.
