I purchased a platform wood bed from . When I received it, I noticed it was made in China. During installation, I noticed there were 6 places where bolts failed to match the nuts position for assembling. I made complain to . They responded to my e-mail right away with sincere apology. To my great surprise, they took proper action right away to deal with the problem with refund (even though I did not ask for). I never expected took the issue so seriously. To express my respect and to honor their sincere customer service, I donated all their refund to Capuchin Soup Kitchen in Detroit with good wish and praise.
