Better than expected. The back support needs to be higher and have a built/in pillow. I am only 5 9 so someone shorter should be fine with the back.Needs more padding support on the bottom. Nice that it comes with an ottoman but there is were the higher price comes in. Needs a ratchet system instead of a turn knob. The turn knob does not hold some positions very well and I am sure it will not last very long. It will wear out.
