Chair is fine. Fairly easy to assemble. Its comfortable and is just right for the room I needed it for. Issue I had was with the shipping. Ordered in early March. Showed order was shipped, Fed Ex allegedly recovered it but then it never shipped and Fed Ex tracking had no data on the order. Multiple emails to shipper, finally shipped and took about 5 days (average) to get from NJ to CA. Finally got the chair at the end of the month. About 25 days beginning to end. . Horrible to put together.
