I didnt receive any of the hardware to put it together, and the back of the chair is stained at the top. Its a little Upsetting. Will update if updated.
UPDATE: Alrighty, got in touch with themselves. SO. They got to me quickly through email and sent me hardware AND a new chair back. I got my shipment code next day and the hardware two days later. Slapped the thing together now that I had all the parts, and bam. Suddenly I have a chair. It goes as low as I need it to be, it looks nice, its got a good lean to it, and I am properly satisfied! While it should have been perfect on the getgo, mistakes were fixed quickly and everyone was pleasant about it! So bravo, my butt is satisfied.
