Below is my first review. I want to add the company did contact me and apologized for my dissatisfaction. They also offered to send a prepaid return label. I appreciate their effort in trying to make this right so I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
This chair is ok but definitely not worth almost 200. It has a bad odor that has not resolved after 2 weeks. I have tried everything to get the odor out. I was hesitant to order since I knew if I didnt like it I would be responsible for return shipping. That is the only reason I am keeping it. Comfort is average. I think there are better chairs out there. I love this product
