We got this for our daughter's room and it looks great. Made of solid wood, this bunk bed came in 6 boxes and quite heavy. The instruction were pretty easy to follow but took a while to built since I have to do it all by myself, if you have two people, it should go a lot faster. I like that all the parts are labels and all the screws and nails are also labeled. There were a part of the drawer that came broken, but an email to them was replied promptly and the replacement part was received within 4 days. Just a fyi, in step number 9, make sure you note the orientation of the center support holes in the upper cross bars in the upper bunk bed, so that they all face the outside of the bed for the center support bar to be attached. When I did it, one was facing inside and the other faced outside, so I had to create my own screw hole to attach the center support bar. You should also put furniture pads on the support legs before the bed is finish if you need to move it later.
My daughter loves her new bed and the steps to the upper bunk is so much easier to climb than a ladder. Even though she can't use the upper bunk yet until she is 6, she loves playing on it while under our supervision. We love how much storage this bunk bed has, beside the 4 drawers in the stairway, there are also 3 slots on the side for more storage space.
